Many times, there is a need to seek guardianship of either an adult or a minor child.  Guardianships can serve many needs.  They arise when the subject of the guardianship is not able to care for themselves, and someone else has to act in their best interests.  Guardianship enables a caretaker to engage in such tasks as:

Michael has litigated and won in every state and federal appellate court in Pennsylvania.  He has also participated in over twenty oral argument sessions across the various courts, including at the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Among the hundreds of appellate matters that he has handled so far, approximately thirty of these have resulted in precedential opinions.
